The most important new feature is to allow manual uploading of images to the server for sharing, backing up and transferring to PC. New users can select upon the first start of the application whether they wish to use the full automatic back-up or choose to opt for manual control instead. Our existing users can also change to manual uploads mode via the Settings on the mobile client. This should reduce [...]

It works on phones that are running on platforms Symbian s60v3 and s60v5. On my Nokia 5800, the program also works.
The program turns off the phone at a specified time interval. Disabling only occurs after a specified period of user inactivity.
For example, if you turn off the start of the interval between 22:00 and 30 minutes of inactivity, when the time comes, the program will check that the user [...]

According to allabout symbian, the Nokia N95 8GB has now had its v31 firmware update, too. This (the full ROM, around 130MB) went live today for unbranded phones. Estimated changes are noted below the break. The usual backup and sync precautions apply – the N95 8GB does not have UDP (user data preservation).

Nokia have again released a minor update for the Nokia N95-1 which is now available via Nokia Software Updater (NSU).
Unfortunately no changelog is available for this update and it has been confirmed to be still be un-hackable.
One good thing that I have noticed with this update, is that the bloody annoying ‘Share Online’ link that was included in the previous update and forced onto the Active [...]

The very likeable N85 has gotten a new firmware v. 11.047 to be precise. We has heard about it a little while ago and the good news is that it is now available via the NSU, which also has gotten an update. The firmware is available across most generic product codes and should slowly be making its way to others. It brings support for the Nokia DVB-H accessory, support for the 16GB microSD and the Nokia [...]

Well Nokia has just released a new firmware version for the Nokia N95 Classic, v31.0.0.14.
Unfortunatly not much is known about this firmware update other than that it exists and that it is currently available for download via Nokia Software Updater (NSU).
Of late Nokia has been frustrating hardcore fans by patching previous security holes which allowed handsets to be “hacked” thus allowing the [...]

Update your Nokia N95 8GB to a firmware with your preferred language pack by changing the product code on your phone. Updating your Nokia N95 8GB to the latest firmware, and/or changing the language pack is almost similar to change the product code of any Nseries mobile. If you are a new Nokia N95 8GB owner, this might be helpful if you want a different language pack in your new phone.
