Last week a new version of firmware for Nokia N900 was released with many new features and improvements. One feature is the option to enable portrait mode in your browser. Be default this option is disabled.

The chief rival to Opera Mobile in mobile browsers, Skyfire has updated its browser for symbian users. Skyfire’s new version is v1.1 and specifically for symbian mobiles it is v1.1.0.13041.
According to Skyfire:This release focuses on performance improvements for both platforms and specific improvements related to Symbian scrolling and zooming.

Y-Browser is a free filemanager application designed for S60 3rd edition Symbian smartphones. All testing is done with Nokia S60 devices only, but it should work as well with other manufacturers S60 smartphones.
