Palringo allows you to instantly exchange text, photos, and vocal IMs with groups or individuals. Palringo enables you to talk to all your contacts, whether they’re using AOL® Instant Messenger®, Google Talk™, Yahoo!® Messenger®, Gadu-Gadu, ICQ®, Jabber® or Windows Live. You can also use Palringo to contact friends using iChat®, Apple’s IM application.

This is what there website says:
We’ve added some improvements which will make it easier for you to chat with your buddies, increased support for Nokia 5800 phones and also added support for Facebook chat. In addition we’ve also made it easy to update your status across a number of services in one go and allowed insertion of location into your status so all of your friends can see when your location changes.
You can directly download it from here, or visit the Palringo website to download it free.
